Aftermarket subwoofers

I've paid $1,000 for a set of components with no crossovers so price isn't what I look for when buying speakers. If quality matters there will be a bump in price to justify it. Personally I would never touch Re audio besides the old XXX sub. As far as amp there nothing I would personally want to rely on under 250 for 1,000 watts and that would be the soundqubed 1200 for 270. I know plenty of people run maxxonics brand stuff but I've never been a fan and have had hit and miss results. Buy the good stuff the first time and you don't have to buy it again.

I had tons of big systems over the past years all Rockford, PPI, Alpine, Elemental Design, and have had tons of differnet woofers from 15's to 10's. Im almost wondering if my fox box will be louder with 2 beefy 8's instead of 10's. Ill just have to check the clearence of the subwoofer surround and how far the xmax is so it doesnt pound on the floor lol... Maybe I shouldn't of bought the Fox Box? It sucks that we have all this dam room iniside the cabin and nothing behind the seats or under it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
