Unhappy 2011 Lariat Nav bezel

The problem is the OEM bezel is different than the Advent. The Advent comes with the black XLT bezel, as that was their target model to install; you could get Nav on the base model without all the other extras and cost. The only optionto date is to leave it the textured XLT black or coat the bezel with something, ie: wrap, paint, etc. Thanks for the reply though.

I wanted ask you couple of questions about instillation of unit. I to am switching from a rosen to original oem stock navigation system. When you installed the oem unit did you have to install what they call the "BRICK" with it. If so where did you put it. Also I have seen some videos that if your sync doesnt work you have to access the amp under center console and hook some wires from the brick to this amp. Did you have to do that?

I played with several models in all the stores. I ended up with the former model of this guy: http://mobile.jvc.com/product.jsp?mo...196&pathId=126

Buy it. You will NOT be disappointed. All the menus and everything are lightning fast. Seriously - no lag at all, and I'm very picky.

All around excellent unit and I would buy it again in my next vehicle.

It takes the place of the sync display which is nice because the screen is higher up. Another cool feature is when the truck is put in reverse, the camera comes on and the radio mutes. VERY COOL tech.
You still like the Rosen unit? Is it working still? Thinking of getting one.
