Aftermarket Double Din Radio
Hey guys, i am not real good with the whole radio/entertainment system.
I bought the truck and it had a dvd player in the console, and two screens in the head rest. Since then the DVD player stopped working, wouldn't read any DVD's so I purchased a new DVD player and the wiring is not the same so I kind put the project on hold.
I hated having to turn the dvd player on and tuning to a radio station for my kids to watch / hear the movie, plus I couldn't see the screen to know what button to press (play skip etc).
My thought process is to get the BOSS BV9558 double dinn dvd/cd/radio because i can get it under $200...to get to my question, can I run a RCA video from the TV's to the back of the HU to mirror the video being played?
If not do you know any affordable double din this is possible to do with? I would like the iPod control as well since my truck is an 06 and did not come with a AUX port, which kills me.
