Default After Market Navigation Choices

Hello everyone, I am hoping you guys can help me out. I have a 2011 FX4 Supercrew and really wanting to change out the HU to a touchscreen navigation unit. I have been through the boards and online and still not sure what my best options are. I am wanting to keep the steering wheel controls, Sirus/XM radio, as well as SYNC. I am looking at a budget of around $500 - $600 for this project and just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on what some of you might have done. I am open for all suggestions, thanks in advance.

My guess is you are going to spend well over double that.

Just the HU alone is going to take up or go over your budget. Sorry

Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine. Stick with a name brand.

As Wyo11 just said a Nav HU is going to cost minimum 600 bones, you might check Crutchfield for some nice quality refurbished units for a really good deal. Also, As far as keeping steering wheel controls, Idatalink has a unit that allows you to maintain and customize steering wheel control buttons if you choose. These units work very well with Kenwood HU's for what it's worth based on first hand experience.

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-3XOUufn...ce-Module.html

Ford: You'll keep your SYNC® system, including the factory Bluetooth, satellite radio (in select vehicles, see Details), steering wheel audio controls, and other great features.
So this is $150
