advice on installing Pioneer double din
I have this here.
I have a 2006 F150 FX4 with 6 cd changer / mp3. No subwoofer.
My question is that this thing has two harnesses in the back. I've only ever dealt with one harness before in vehicles.
So what exactly do I need to complete this install?
Also, dash kits for anything after the 2001 model are almost impossible to find here. So I'll need one of those.
Thanks, in advance. I'm still searching and reading but not really finding what I'm looking for or maybe I'm skipping what I need but don't know it. lol
Last question, I found a metra pig tail adapter on amazon but seems it only plugs into one of the harnesses. What do I do with the other harness?

Have you read the 2004-2008 Audio Basic?
These site will help you with the harnesses and mounting kits and are a lot cheaper than crutchfield.

Yeah, I read through that. I JUST got this truck so a lot of this stuff is new to me so I might not know if I'm looking at the right info or exactly what to search for. lol
Like I said, I've only dealt with single wire harnesses.
Thanks for the replies. I'm getting there with google and crutchfield.
