Default Adding JL system to 2014 FX4, few questions

So I've got a JL stealthbox with the 13tw5 coming with a XD600.1 to power it. I've already installed C3 650 components in the front and C2 570 coaxs in the back running off the factory upgraded Sony amp and it sounds a lot better than before, just missing the bass until the sub gets in.

So my questions are:
1) I've looked a lot but can't seem to find an exact answer for the 2014's, where is the Sony amp located? And if it's under console like other years, how do I get to it? I've pulled the cover off the shifter section but didn't see the amp and didn't want to mess around too much more without getting some advice first.

2) What wires do I use from factory amp to give a signal to the new sub amp? I have a 4 gauge power kit to run from battery but can I just run my RCA's off the factory amp to the inputs on new amp? And the remote as well?

3) Best place from experience to mount the amp without cutting up the back wall? Will it fit without cutting too much back there or is under back seat better?

Truck is a 2014 FX4 Supercrew. Any help would be much appreciated! Any reviews and stories from other stealthbox/JL owners would be great to read too!

under the center console .... there is a white ball and socket holding the shifter cable in place ... pop that loose and you should be able to easily remove the console....... as far as the amp is concerned... back wall is fine ... cut out an area just big enough for the amp .......

My install: https://www.f150forum.com/f30/redagg...nstall-318494/

Amp is under center console. I tapped the front speakers (no highs going to them anyway). Don't use the sub signal, it clips (I'm told) and a LC2i is cheap for what it does.

That's a very nice little install and thanks for the tips! Unfortunately I already ran all my wires and am just waiting for the amp to be delivered so I'm gonna try the sub signal first but if it's clipping like you say then I'll probably go your route. Had to get to factory amp to tap on to front speakers for the crossovers that came with the JL C3-650 front speakers. What a pain in the ****! Don't want to have to do that again.

You can sub rear to feed sub woofer ..... Rear channel out of amp is complete full range .... Front doors out of sony amp is a band pass filter and only allows mid range ... So in other words

out of sony factory amp .

Tweeter on piller high pass crossover built into amp ALSO HAS CAPACITOR ON WIRE FEEDING TWEETER BEHIND SIDE PANEL ON DASH

front door mid range crossover built into amp
rear doors full range
sub is low pass but wil give you a muddy sound

Well I hate knowing that I have to take that damn console apart again but I really appreciate your tip there, thanks! I'm definitely going to do just that.
