Default Add aux input to Stock Stereo?

I had a module that allowed me to use the mode for the cd changer in my dakota truck to be an auxilary input for my zune (mp3).

How do you guys do that with stock system ( if at all) in the 2002? I see it does not have a 5 disc change and I hate fm modulators....they never work.

I believe most of them use one of THESE

EDIT: I guess you can't use it without a cd changer

That's EXACTLY it, Had one in dodge but I knew my stock stereo had the controls for a cd changer. I dont know if the stock ford premium system does. It says IF equipped. I don't have one of course but I thinking ford made 1 radio with the controls in it..but just didn't always hook up a cd changer. This way would be easier to install or sell lets say after the fact to a customer.

But..its a 70 gamble. Just wondering if anyone else did it know KNOWS how to tell if you do have the CD controls. Owner manual says if you have a cd changer hit cd button 2x to get to it.........Mine does nothing when I do that, assuming cuz I Don't have the changer.

Hmmm. quandry......
