6x8 components?
Anyone running them? I have my eye on three different pair for the front doors of my 07 Scab.
-Kicker DS
-Infinity Reference
-JBL GTO
I've got a Kenwood Excelon head unit and 75 watts per side from a Kicker ZX amp, not to mention a 10" alpine type R, I'm just needing some speaker opinions. Thanks!

When Uncle Sugar gives me my money back, I'm going to get a set of four Boston Acoustics SL80's. They keep the tweeter close to the woofer without having to deal with the sonic separation issue and have the requisite crossovers.

Sonic separation is the most bogus thing I've ever heard of. If you find the right location for the tweeter then it will sound beautiful! Why spend money on a comp set when you can just use coax. Try some image dynamics comps u can mount the tweeter on the mid or use them as separates

Well, I actually went into a local shop and ended up with a deal miles better than even anything online. Kicker K series 5.25 comps for the front and 5x7's for the rear. I didn't necessarily want rears, but they were part of the package deal (year end clearout) so that's what I went with. I'm going to deck power em for now, but will likely amp em in the early months of summer.
