Does any one know if can can swap out the head/radio of my 6 disc player for the OEM single disc player? If so is it a direct swap or are there complications?

From what I can see the back connections are the same.
A new HU with USB and BT can be had for $100.

Why mess with adding a CD changer? You can put a lot more music on a SD card, which is also way cheaper than a CD changer.

I have about 8000 songs on my 64GB SD card, and just leave it in the slot.

Creating playlists is a little tricky, but once you figure out how, works like a charm!
