Okay, makes sense. But why did you put the midrange in the doors and the midwoofer in the kick panel? Bass frequencies are much less directional while midrange frequencies are, and the midrange is much more affected by off-axis aiming, being mounted behind a panel (creating reflections), and much worse PLDs in the doors. Midrange/tweet in the kicks on-axis with the 6.5 woofers in heavily deadened doors would get the best performance out of those speakers.

yeah i kno but we had planned on doing 8 inch subs in each door but at last min changed mind on doing it n just did the three way component set. ill sometime change it around

i am going for sound quality. and unfortunately my amp fried on me this morning.... so im going to buy 2 more 10s and a bigger amp. thanks everyone for your info!
