2016 XTR Screw 300a speaker upgrade questions
I have just the base stereo and 4" screen (back up camera, etc).
I assume the center speaker in the dash is just mono from left and right..
There are tweeters in the pillars from the looks of things....
I wish to do a simple door speaker upgrade, 6x9 or 6x8 3-way fronts and 6.5" 2-way rears....and both sets not being overly high end wattage units....just in the 60w rms range...
Doing a lot of reading here, and I feel the speaker upgrade will suffice for my needs.
From what I can tell, the base system that I have has the front tweeters just wired off the front door speakers?
This should just be a simple plug and play install?
