2016 Sony upgrade/center speaker
upgrading all speakers along with a new amp and processor. Do i need the center channel speaker for anything? or can i eliminate it? do i lose any functionality with integrated phone or any communication form car that is done only through that center speaker and not the others?

I realized after the audio shop completed my new install that they left the center channel speaker connected. I have since disconnected it, and my components up front sound so much better.
