I know you guys have the 4.5 inch screen. But this will give you a idea...

Maybe try contacting this guy?

Yeah that is OEMRadio on mustang6g. Here is the conversion, add NAV and it is $2400.

If I could just get the harness to make it plug in play, I could get the rest probably cheaper. And he knows this, so he won't sell just the harness, and that sucks.

Agreed! Probably his Big Money maker!

I thought I read on here, that if you relocated pins on your harness to the apim, that it is plug n play? Like on the Mustangs?

Im curious, as to how he adds HD Radio. As my xlt with nav, or any xlt with nav doesnt come with HD Radio...

Not sure, I only talked to him about the NAV addon. I will continue to look around and see if I can find something. I doubt I will spend $2400 though for this.

Dont blame yah, I wouldnt either... Imo, anything more than 1300.00 is nuts.

Thankfully, I got most options I wanted on this truck!

Would of like to had puddle lights, and mirror spot lights, as well as a tailgate step. But wasnt a deal breaker, no nav, or 8" screen would of been.

If I would of known how easy it would of been to add nav to the 8" screen with sync 3. I would of got the same truck, without nav, but had the 8" screen, with tailgate step, puddle lamps, and mirror spot lights.

Not having it isn't a deal breaker, but seeing how easy it is to switch everything when you have the right parts and harness for plug and play. I started looking at it more. But, seeing that price makes me think that financially, the benefit isn't worth the price.

Same thing, I think he just hasn't updated the site. He had it available when I called him. It is plug and play, with the harness. His other page shows coming in September, that is why I think it is outdated. He said price may lower if the modules go down in price due to SYNC 3 being newer and more expensive than MFT. But, I doubt it would bring it down much at all TBH.

I just need to find someone with a harness. I don't think anything else needs to be programmed but just the APIM module I believe.
