the sub is low profile and I had a custom box made.

It fits directly below the 40 split back seat and the sub fires down

For the front stage Goose recommend these. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...campaign=43737

I would like to run a nice 5 channel. Any other advise would be great.
I think a better way to go about this is what is your absolute maximum you're willing to spend?

JL10w1v3 gets my vote. Its has about a 4.3" mounting depth, so anything over 4.5" deep will fit it. Its hard, has great harmonics in a sealed box, and you can run it with only 150W rms.

Rockford Punch PS3 or if you're strapped for cash the Pio TS-SW2502S4

It sounds better than the JL 12w6v2 I had in my car, which was in a JL made box for the sub.

This low profile 13 is just crazy is the best way possible.

Whats everyone think about just running the front speakers off an amp and keeping the back doors off the head unit?
