Sorry to butt-in,

im currently looking to install components on my 2016 Lariat, i do not have Sony system.

My question was regarding the front signals.

Currently the truck has FULL RANGE signal to the front tweets correct? The tweeters and door speakers are wired in parallel?

Im installing the JL fix82, coming from a 2013 f150 with the Sony system, trying to tackle this on my new truck and not looking for hiccups like the last install

yes. Tweets have a cap inline to keep the lows out

thanks for the quick reply. Install of a dsp shouldn't be too hard.

Maybe just running a wire out to the pillar tweeters since I'll be using components.
