2013 navigation issues
I have a 2013 Lariat w/the factory touchscreen. I'm having issues with the navigation and over all performance.
Can't search for locations using the touchscreen. When I start entering either the name or address it just sort of stops accepting input after the first word or group of numbers. The space bar disappears and you can't move to the next word. It use to pop up only the letters that are included in the next word if that makes sense. I have also noticed when I have been able to find a location the onscreen indicator of my truck is not on the road that I am travelling on. It may be off to the left or right of the road on the screen.
Any ideas? Is there SW updates for the unit?

You can check you owners account to see if there is an update. Update at your own risk.
Have you tried resetting the unit or pulling the fuse to force a reboot?
