2013 amp install - No cutting of factory harness

Depending on the song, my amp will cut off intermediately and I get no audio at 3/4 max volume, does anyone else have this problem? I have the Clarion amp and stock door speakers. At first I thought the amp was overheating but that can't be the issue because it still cuts off the audio even after letting the amp rest for s couple of hours.

What would be the best place to spice in a Line Output Converter for a subwoofer amp, at the Clarion amp inputs or at the Clarion amp outputs?

I put this harness together with a alpine ktp-445u last week. Everything worked great and I have a kicker hideaway tied in before the amp. Driving home from work yesterday it cut out- no difference from any source, and now there is just a constant 'thumping' from the right rear speaker. I can't adjust volume or fade. I can't turn the thumping off. Its constant whether the truck is running or not. It even stays on after I take the key out for a few minutes, after I open the door. I pulled the radio fuse which makes it turn off.
All the wiring was soldered- yellow lead from harness going to red lead of the amp. Ground to ground. I left the blue turn on wires unconnected and it worked fine without it. I cut the bluetooth fuse off and just used the amp fuse.
I'm going to go dig in and pull the harness today. Any ideas what might be going on?
EDIt: Pulled the harness and hooked everything back up stock. Works fine again. Truck is a 2014 FX4 with the 8" MFT.

After the amp blew I pulled the parrot harness out. I figured with my limited knowledge of audiosystems and unwillingness to cut into any factory wires I'm better off leaving it stock.

I have been doing performance audio for years. Personally I think running the amplified power from the head unit into these small amplifiers is likely the reason people are experiencing amplifier failure. I recommend using a good quality line out converter from AudioControl to bring the signal down. Even if they say it is ok to run power into these small amps there is no way it can be good for them in the long run.
