Default 2011 Platinum System Install HELP!!

Alright forum, this will be kinda lengthy but I need some help understanding what to do. I am replacing the Sony system w/o nav in my F1. Here is the list of major items I've ordered.

-Pioneer AVH-X4700BS
-PAC MS-FRD1 harness with PAC SWI-RC steering wheel adapter (I think I'm gonna return these for a Maestro RR iDatalink)
-RF Punch 600X4 4 Channel Amp
-Two pair of RF 1683 3-way door speakers
-Two RF R2 10" 4 ohm DVC subs

I've had experience installing stereos in my previous trucks but I've never ran my door speakers to an amp. Any tips would be great on performing this install. I know with the four 6x8's running at the same frequency I can run them on two channels from the amp. The subs will use the other two. My questions are 1.) How will the connections make up connecting the door speakers to the amp? (I'm running a 9 conductor wire from the amp to the dash and using the factory wiring, I'm just confused as to how the harnesses will make up.) 2.) How will I disable the factory Sony amp in the truck in order for the other to take over? and 3.) Is there anything else I should know while performing this install?

Let's step back for a minute. How were you planning on installing all of these things? Running both door speakers per side on a single channel will prevent you from being able to fade, too, FWIW. But I'm guessing you already know that.

As cb said, your best getting a 4 ch amp for the doors, and another for the 2 subs...

Yeah, the 4 channel amp had me confused. I was mainly going off what a guy said at a local audio shop. Been waiting on replies here. I've changed some of the equipment. I've ordered the Maestro RR and F01 harnesses, a RF Prime 600X5 channel amp, and I decided to only have one sub. (RF P3SD4-12). The same questions apply though. I'm confused as to how I will bypass/disable the factory amp. Crutchfield said I may want to just run new wire to all my door speakers to the amp?

I have navigation in my truck, so I am of no help. Sorry.

Have you tried looking this up in one of the how to threads or Googling the answer? I would imagine someone has already done a truck just like yours and has also documented the process in a thread.

Yeah that was a good thread, I just don't know if it relates to what I need to do as far as the amp is concerned.

Does anybody think tapping into the output wires from the factory amp for each speaker with the wire coming from the new amp would work? Basically unplugging the output connector on the factory amp and just completing my circuit for each speaker by tapping the wiring on the unplugged connector?
