Default 2011 Pioneer 8400BH INstall Problems?

So I installed this headunit in my 2011 f150. I got the ign wire from passenger kick panel using the fuse that has the radio delay on it. I did not cut any wire just used a fuse tapper. All other connections where just plugged in on harness. One day truck wouldnt start two weeks after I installed this. It gets towed to dealership. They diagnose it as the radio causing it to not start. They say there is an ign module ran thru radio. I trased wire to harness it was green and white. This wire is not hooked up to anything. Dealership took pioneer out and truck is working fine. Still the green white wire is hooked to nothing when they take radio completely out. This is boggling, has anyone that installed a aftermarket headunit had any problem like this? I have put in a lot of stereos and never had a problem like this. Thanks

This is what I used and it works perfect. Using this you don't have to run wires anywhere.
