What system do you have?

Sony: (Y/N)
Nav: (Y/N)
Amplified: (Y/N)
Sync: (Y/N)
Steering Wheel Controls: (Y/N)

What is the trim of your vehicle?

I think he means a radio that has more features such as a double din with navigation. You won't see any major voltage drops even at idle because these radios only draw a few more amps of current than the standard factory ones. Even then this is only occurs when the radio's rotary control is maxed out. Gotta love transistors.
