Has anyone ever used these Jensen Speakers? Not that I want to go with a cheaper speaker, but the frequency range on these is lower than the Infinity's (Frequency response: 36Hz - 30kHz) plus they are 3 way instead of 2 way. I have had Jensens back in the day and they were not bad speakers!

Don't use Jensen speakers. I wouldn't use anything with the Jensen name on it. Way long ago the company made some decent stuff, but a lot has changed in the car audio world.
What is your budget? I can help give you some recommendations. Also, how much work do you want to do? (wiring, cutting, fiberglassing etc.)

Just double the price of those Jensen's and you will be much happier.

My recommendation would be those Pioneer's. Their D series are some of the best budget comps and coaxials on the market. I also have a preference for JBL. Infinity's are good just the tweeter can be a tad bright. RF are okay I would only get the T series imho. Those look like the best deals. Too bad Boston doesn't make car audio anymore. They had some great coaxials that sounded great on low power.
I would still recommend upgrading the HU. Since it doesn't sound like you are going to amp the speakers. Something inexpensive that put's out a good RMS can help bring the speakers closer to their full potential.
Kenwood and Pioneer usually have around 22w RMS. Or go with an Alpine and the power pack which runs 45w RMS iirc. Not sure how good the power pack is, I have no experience with it.

Door speakers are ****. I got 2 10inch jl subs downfiring underneath the rear seats of my 2010xlt crew. Kept the head unit stock. Now that I got the subs I just have the speaker bass turned all the way down and just bump my subs. Makes the speakers sound half decent
