Default 2010 Screw amp location Issue?

I'm finally ready to install my two amps. They will be mounted to a piece of mdf on the back wall. When I mock up everything I have plenty of clearance when the seats are down, but when the seats are up and locked they are up against the top face of the amps. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Having them mounted vertically will aid in natural convection cooling. I wouldn't be too concerned about it unless you regularly drive the system hard with the seats folded up.
