Default 2010 platinum weak/unclear fm radio

I had a certified dealer install a python 5706p remote starter. Once I picked up the truck I noticed that the fm channels are fuzzy. If I seek thru fm channels it only picks up 87 and 89. I can pick up the desired channels but sound fuzzy, background noise. It doesn't change with engine rpm. I pulled radio out and antenna is plugged in correctly. I need ideas, driving me crazy!

Yes take it back to your certified dealer and have them fix it.

Do you have a fm transmitter for an iPod or anything like that? If so turn it off and try the radio again. Otherwise bring it back to the shop.
