Yes, you could run it that way. It has a total of 4 channels for amplification signal.
I just received mine today. As soon as I figure out how to get the stock HU out I'll begin testing.

I will know this weekend... that's what I'm hoping though since I won't be actually cutting any wires. The only concern is the point where the signals come from but we'll see.
Does anybody know if there's instructions somewhere on getting the stock head units out?

I answered the PAC question but figured I'd post here in case anybody reads it.

I did install the PAC-OEM and my aftermarket amp and speakers. Was easy to install and I still have the Sync features.

found a write up where you can buy a Metra BT-5520 wiring harness modify it and you dont have to tap into the factory harness at all.

I used that BT-5520 harness and it worked like a charm for me.
