2010 F150 Screw amp suggestions

When installing an amp to the factory head unit. Which wire harness's do I need to prevent cutting wires. If possible, I would like to use the factory speaker harness also.

I came across a Kicker 08zx200.4 amp at a good price. It says that I can run two channels @ 2 ohms for 50 watts each. I can also bridge the other two for 100 watts @ a 4 ohm load. Now the question...
I have two kicker comp vr 8" subs with dual 4ohm, can I wire these for a 4 ohm load to the bridged channel?
