Default 2010 F-150 crew cab Radio display

I've lost the in-dash led display for my radio/clock/compass for my 2010 f150 crew cab. No display at all.
Checked fuses. Good.
Replaced dimmer switch, Good.
Verified power at dimmer switch, Good.
Still cannot get the LED Display to come on. I cannot see what station I am listening to, no time, or compass. Any ideas where to go next?
Dimmer switch does turn on the dome light.

Any help will be appreciated..

Does it work other than the led?

Default 2010 f-150 radio led display

The display panel has no indications on it. It seems like it doesn't have any power. All lights are dead. Radio works, channels change, volume works just no radio stations appear on the display. No compass reading, no outside temp. Nothing. Hope this helps....
Let me know if there is anything else I haven't checked or know of...

Thanks in advance

Is this the small monocrome display type that sits just under the dash pad? If so, could be just a loose connection.
