Default 2009 Screw single sub

I'm looking to put a single 12" sub under the back seat of my truck. This is the first research/knowledge gathering I have done so feel free to tell me what I need. I'm wanting to put a JL sub, simply cause I have heard they were the best but I don't know what they offer for a shallow mount sub. And do I even need a shallow mount. Thanks yall

If your not dead set on a 12 fox acoustics makes a box that will fit a single JL 10w3v3 , here is a pic of mine , it hits hard and is correct musically.

That's a pretty nice set up, that box has a clean look to it, I'm not set on a 12, I just wasn't sure if a single 10 would give me enough bump. I'm not looking to rattle windows of other cars but I want it to sound good inside mine if that makes sense. How big of an amp are you running and how much does a box like that run?

The fox acoustics box has a mounting depth of 6 " so you don't have to use a pancake woofer, and it's covered in Bedliner material. The jl w3 and the jl jx 500-1 are a great combo.
