Default 2006 xlt door speak problem

ok so i bought a new head unit, already installed it and prewired a harness for amplified subwoofer, which comes on wednesday, deleted rear speakers and used outputs for subwoofer.

while trying to replace door speakers i found one was not working at all, thought maybe the speaker was blown but , that speaker works in drivers door.
so how do i fix door spkr wiring when they are hooked up to those wiring harness plugs thats unhook all wiring to the door?

Did that speaker work before you put in the new HU? If it did then u have something wrong with your wiring harness.

Are you talking about the wiring harness that plugs into the speaker?

um yeah but it goes into a huge wiring harness that runs all the door electrical.
i need to know which pins to test to see if its a door harness problem or if the harness from door to stereo is damaged?
