when i built mine i built it at 32 wide x 7 tall x 15 deep, had to step box up two and half inches where it raises in center of back seat - box fits great, its not fully under seat (i wasn't too concerned w/ back seat space other than not losing the bench space itself now i can still have someone sit there and i just pull seat foward if anyone does sit behind it.... other option instead of "custom" contact joe fox on this forum or google fox accoustics - he manufactures a speaker box for duel or single downfiring 10" subs that completly fit under the rear seat
