You'll need a Sirius ready head unit and the Sirius tuner that matches.

For example, if you buy this head unit:

You need this tuner:

You'll still need the JVC Sirius module, the Ford one won't work.

Lots of good info there...one question though. The first post says Audiophile system has Nav & subwoofer/amp. I have the subwoofer, but I dont have Nav. Were there different options like that? Is mine still an "Audiophile"?

There are two Audiophile heads, the CD6 or the Nav. If you have the sub, you've got audiophile.

Great thread. I think my 2007 has only the CD6. No sub so I assume it's not an "audiophile" head unit.

I'm buying a Sound Ordnance powered sub from Crutchfield (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777B8PT...PT.html?tp=114) and I will use all this info to collect the necessary adapters and cables. I'm hoping Crutchfield has a harness adapter so I don't need to tap into existing wires to use the speaker-level inputs.

I have an '07 Screw and am looking to upgrade my head unit to the Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD and I was wondering if I would still be able to use my stock 3.5mm cable jack with the HU or will I have to use new cables?

In short will the stock 3.5mm jack work on the new HU?

Yes, but you'll need to either put a 3.5mm jack on the wires behind the dash to connect to your new head unit, or splice the wires from the factory aux to the aux input of the head unit.
