Default 2004-08 Factory Sub/amp box

A local guy has this factory sub/amp for sale for $60. I was wondering if it would work in my 2004 and I do not have the factory sub/amp box in my truck. Would this be plug and play? I did install a Pioneer DVD stereo and speakers in my truck if that makes a difference. Also, is $60 reasonable? I was going to offer $40. Was not looking to spend a lot of money and just came across this as I was browsing. Thought it could improve my sound. What do you think?
P.S. Would my truck have the wires installed if it DID NOT come with one?

I would go aftermarket. Your wire connections probably aren't there and your HU isn't made for it either.
