Good deal. i just picked up a RF prime amp for my sub and am trading my current jensen amp for a four channel to run these. My current set up- truck came with pioneer HU, got the amp, wiring kit, and sub box for $50, paid $40 brand new kicker 12", free 5x7's and wiring in the bed, $90 in the new amp, and now $150 for these speakers. For under $250 i feel i'll have a pretty decent system with every component upgraded from factory
