Just picked up a 03 F150 and would like to upgrade the radio to a Double Din touchscreen.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a "plug and play" radio? Would like for it to have bluetooth mainly for streaming.

PS - I am a complete novice when it comes to stereo's and whatnot. So any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated.

I installed a double din in my '00, and I don't know if it was specific to the kenwood I installed, but I ended up having to dremel out a bunch of plastic in the dash behind where the head unit sat to cut a window for it to slide back in to. Just a word of warning to be ready to do a lot of cutting and trimming to make it fit.
