I know it's backwards
Here's the one I use.
EDIT: I have to skew the image for it to show properly on my AVH-P3200BT and that's what I uploaded above. (Just in case you were wondering why it looked funny)

I know it's backwards
Touch "settings" in NAVI Menu
Then touch "System Options"
Then touch "Background Picture Setting"
Touch(Splash Screen,Navigation Background,AV background)
Click "import from CD"
Locate file and then touch "Center"
Touch "done" and you are finished!!!!!

Made this one (for my 920BT) by building my truck on the Ford website and photoshopping together with some logos found on the web (the F-150 was a pain to "cut" since I couldn't isolate the area across the top for some reason):
