Default 1998 f150 wiring problem or dead stereo?

I am using the factory stereo and I have checked all the fuses for the stereo. I tested all of the wires on my 98s harness. Only the constant 12v will light up my tester bulb and If I turn my headlights on then it will light up the bulb for the illumination. I saw online that there should be a 12v accessory switched but that does not light up when the vehicle is running. I feel like that might be the issue or my head unit might have just died. What do you guys think?

If you don't get power to the switched 12V then that is your issue. Can you jump it to the constant 12V and see if the radio comes one? If it does then the problem is in the factory wiring. Double check your fuses or tap into a different switched 12V source.

The black with a pink stripe is the switched correct? It is right next to the constant

Not sure. I would try them all. You can't hurt anything
