Behind the rear seat there is just not enough room for a worth while setup, you can, however, fit your amps back there.

Under the rear seat you've got a few choices with ready made boxes.

1. Single 10 taking up about half of the space - check out (in order from cheap/shallow to more expensive/deeper) Atrend, supercrewsound.com and foxacoustics.com

2. Dual 10s taking up all of the space - check out (in order from cheap/shallow to more expensive/deeper) Atrend, supercrewsound.com and foxacoustics.com

3. (Most expensive) Dual 12s, requiring a seat lift (lmiwelding.com ~$150) - supercrewsound.com

Check out mmxpress.com for really awesome deals on stereo stuff. To make sure what fits, you can go to crutchfield to cross reference everything
