They're only made out of 5/8 ths ply and the mounting depth might be questionable, have you looked at fox acoustics boxes, they are well made and covered with Bedliner material and have 6 in mounting depth. Here's a pic of mine.
It's loaded with a single JL 10w3v3 hits hard and sounds great.
