I'm a truck driver. Been doing it for 11 1/2 yrs. I've been to 47 out of 48 states. Freaking North Dakota keeps getting from me, lol. For the past year and a half I've been driving only in Ca. I live in Central California. Worst place to live if you want to make your vehicle faster.

I am disabled and looking for doing some work at home. And now my F-150 2008 is making a whirling sound while still in park. When I shift into drive mode it seems to hesitate and eventually it will proceed but it jerks. Is this a senor on the tranny. Oh and by the way I reside in big D.

Default 2008 F-150 Transmission noises
Hi, I am disabled and now I am having this problem. My 2008 F150 is making a whirling sound coming from under the truck. Plus when I placed into gear to drive forward it will seem to jerk and hesitate as if I got bad gas. Could this be the tranny sensor?
