Default How I got here

I used to sell Harleys but you know how that goes..I was unemployed for a while and just a few weeks ago opened up a shop with my friend and we do custom work on vehicles and motorcycles in Miami Florida...so far we did a mustang upgrade a couple of bikes and now working on this F150, which we thought would be a snap....well we got the engine out...it's a 4.2L and want to replace it with a 3.8L Mustang engine....what do you guys think?

Sounds interesting but why would you choose a 3.8L Mustang motor?

Retired Manufacturing Engineer, Romeo Engine Plant, Michigan - Home of the 4.6L Engine.
Hey - anyone ever change a grille on a 2010 F150 (take off old put on new)? Any tricks or concerns I should know about?
Thanks. Just glad to be here.

I'm a USAF Pilot living in Alamogordo, NM. I'm new to the forum but not Fords.

I recently bought a 2010 F-150 FX4 SuperCrew 5.5' (6" ProComp Stage I, 35x12.50R20 ProComp Extreme A/Ts, 20" XD Series Monsters), which is my first pick-up and first brand new vehicle.

I've also got a 1983 Bronco XLT (4" Rancho lift, 35x12.50R15 BFG A/Ts) with a heavily modified 4.9L.

On behalf of Ford - thanks for purchasing one of our products. Hope you enjoy it and tell your friends. More importantly, thanks for your service to our country.
