IF you do a catback you can expect around 10 hp. If you do a true dual and remvoe the cats with a tuner you can get 30 -50 total with both.

I have the same truck and have been loooking into mods for towing, so far what i have found out is I need to run a true dual exhaust system, install a cold air intake and what they say really helps the most is a programmer, most programers have a tow mode that radically increases towing capabilities to the point you will really notice a difference, other than these mods you can always lower the gear ratio to 4:10 which comes stock on the 7700 edition F150's.

Welcome

A CAI, Dual Exhaust, and Tune will do wonders for your truck helping it tow better.
