2013 f150 Shudder when Towing
My first time on this forum.
I have a 2013 5.0 f150 and been towing my travel trailer for 3 months. There's a shudder at about 20 mph when it shifts into 2 gear. I been told the drive is not level so the shudder is from the pinion gear. Once it gets pass 20 mph the shudder is gone and tows just fine. I am looking for the best fix, the dealer would place shims as a fix. Problem with that the shudder would be there when not towing. Looking to see if anyone else has had this problem and how they corrected it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
