Default tire size

i have 1987 f-150 4x4 5.0 what is the biggest tire size without lift

31x10.50 is a common tire size in this area. For stock rims, may appear like the tire is ballooned a bit, maybe a bit of rubbing on the steering turn limits.

If that's an issue, may consider 30x9.5s, but just doesn't have that 'beefier' look.

I bought my 1996 F150 4x4 and it came with 31x10.50 tires.
My truck does not have a lift kit of any kind and the tires
do not rub at all and they look great on the stock rims.
No ballooning...
