stuck transfer case

iam haveing a problem with my transfer case on my 1989 fi50 pickup
i can,t get it out of 4low

anything hung up in the linkage? try pushing on the lever while letting it roll ahead a bit. i had the same truck as you and i had the manual t-case and i never had this problem. hope you figger it out.
