back to searching

the dealer trade didn't go through ( they sold the truck I wanted )

Supercab or Supercrew
Ecoboost or V8 ???

prefer the Supercab (look) and my father has a 2011 Ecoboost ( love it, the few times I drove it )

what do you all think, any advise

I have to check back with my dealer tomorrow/or Thursday.
quickly went in today - they did another search.
Found a few SuperCab's for me.

just need now to decide
Ruby Red , or Sterling Grey / eco or V8

leaning toward Eco with the Dark Grey - since I usually always go with Red

Hang in there - get exactly what you want! I personally think the Ruby Red Metallic is awesome. I came real close, but my fave is the Blue Jeans. But the only Lariat we could find in blue was sold when our dealer reached out for it. My 2nd pick - the exact VIN I had found searching dealer inventory on ford.com - was available, and is now sitting in my driveway! It's an FX4 Super Crew in Tuxedo Black Metallic with the 3.5L EcoBoost and I love it.

I had a 2000 XLT Supercab from new and like the extra room with the 4 doors now. It also had the 5.4L Triton and this V6 beats the heck out of it (even the current 5.0L V8 does - with 100 more horsepower than my old Triton had!)

Good luck!

^ Thanks. I'll be at the dealer Tomorrow afternoon to see if the one is available or too keep searching

I really love the Ruby Red too, but i always seem to get Red vehicles and I have an Edge Sport Ruby Red.. kinda wanted something different.
I will make sure they find something I want/love !!!

thanks for your feedback too

I had a 2011 super cab EB. Loved the 3.5 but hated the fact you had to open the front doors to open the rear. I chose it for the longer Bed. If you aren't hauling a lot, get the super crew....my .02....Al
