I am the original owner of a black 4.6L 5-on-the-floor '97 3-door extended cab. I love this old truck, but she is giving me more headaches than an out of tune heavy metal band right now. I used this site, as a guest, several months back and y'all helped me diagnose a blown heater core (btw-thanks). With over 100thousand miles on her I am expecting more trouble in the near future; so here I am looking for answers and maybe providing a few answers as well.
