Welcome!

Standard question - have you had the computer codes pulled? This tends to eliminate a lot of guesswork.

What kind of shape are your ignition components in? Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, coil?

Suggest to inspect the Idle Air Control valve and intake throttle body butterfly. These tend to crud up, causing idling problems.

With the truck running, consider putting a gauge on the fuel rail to check pressure. IIRC, should be in the 25-40psi range.

Is this problem only at idle speeds, or across the RPM band?
