Default No heat F150 2002 5.4l

I have 2002 f150 5.4l no heat I have replaced blend door, thermostat twice, intake gasket, and water pump.
Temp gauge comes up scanner reads 205-195 engine temps. The heater hoses and the upper radiator horse are not hot to the touch. If I drive like I stole it or drop a gear heater will put out enough to get warm inside. Sitting parked at 2500 rpms it will heat up to the point I would be happy with. At this point I think a fire in the cab might be the best idea.

the thicker hose by the throttle body or by the oil cap on the left in the picture ( right side of the truck ) if you didn't know what hose he was talking about sorry about posting it twice. I couldn't get an app to circle the line

Sounds like a thermostat issue...I would remove it and run without and see what that does..

i see nothing about flushing the system and back flushing the heater core...usually when one hose is warmer than the other flow is restricted through the core or you have an air pocket
