Newbie From Nashville
After dealing with an issue that really irritated me with our '04 F150 Lariat this morning, I decided to search for fellow truck owners to see what issues may be isolated or shared. We live in Nashville where trucks rule the area (street & off road evidently), but for as much as I don't understand their continued cause, there seem to be as many Chevys here as Fords. Oh well, I too was once a Chevy owner and only due to a deal that we could not pass up, we became the proud owners of this F150. She has seen the service technician more regularly than my husband & I have had our own physicals and we have maintained her extremely well, having no plans of going back to anything less than the Ford pickup truck.
Even with the minor issues that we have dealt with, I do not receive the same satisfaction or feel the comfort driving my car that I do the truck.
As for the issues, I will address them in the maintenance forum and go from there.
I hope to receive some insight from fellow owners and who knows, maybe share something worthy myself.
Good to be here.

Well wiseroption, looks like everyone has been welcomed but you (even one new one since you signed up). Hey, you didn't even get a yes or no from anyone at all on your maintenance questions either.
What you suppose?
Looks like you and me need to take our selves elsewhere, capeesh?

Welcome to the forum!! I was just up in Gatlinburg, TN over last weekend for a smokey mountain get away. I didn't see many Ford trucks. Lots of Dodge and chevys... I did see some nice F250s tho...
