Default Newbie from Mass!

New owner of a 1987 F150 Lariat XLT 4x4 Flareside. 5.0, 4 speed w/o. Not a total rust bucket...cab corners, door bottoms. Frame looks good.

Thanks...will start by getting it running! Not a fan of the early EFI so carb conversion to begin with.

Then replace every suspension part on her. Plan to keep it stock looking in appearance, right down to the paint.

Thanks! Last pic is her sitting in my driveway. Took off the cap to find a solid bed.

I really love those Flaresides. Especially the dark blue '87s. I have a tan '87 Flareside, but I will paint it dark blue.
I see that yours came with the optional rear bumper protection. Nice, very rare.
Ford only made about 1700 of the 1987 Flaresides.
