Newbie just fell in
Hi all.
Ford owner here. Probably will never stray from Fords.
My line up.....
1965 F-350
1978 F-100 project truck
1994 F-150 2w
1995 F-150 4w XLT
1996 Crown Vic
1998 F-150 Lariat

Yep. Sure do.
65 and 78 are not tagged, but very driveable.
65 is my woodhauler. Short trips only anymore.
Several more sitting in the fence row for parts.

Started life as a 352
Wore that one out.
Installed a 428 I found and rebuilt. Put 150,000 on the ol gal and wore it out.
Installed a 390 that my son and I had overhauled that was in a 68 galaxy.
513 rearend, will pull anything. Kinda hard on gas though.
So I use it around the place only.

workin for parts!!!
yeh, a 513 is pretty low geared. all bottom end but thats what you want for off the line pulling. i'm sure you'll get a few responses to your question after everyone's belly gets emptier
